This system makes possible the inventory management through computer network. The information of check-in and check-out is centrally managed and controlled.

Description of the Functions:
1. Weighing through truck scale and the information is collected. Each record include the truck number, description of the goods, specifications, shipper¨s name/code and consignee¨s name/code. Each weighing will prompt a slip printing and the number of printing can be defined.
2. Original data is ciphered and locked thus its security is guaranteed.
3. Sum up: the records can be summed up according to various key words or any combination of the key words. The user can also specify different time period for this purpose. Relevant reports can be printed after summing up.
4. The user can make inquiry according to different key words or any combination of the key words
5. Data backup: to backup the current data, read in or delete a specified data.
6. Customization: the relevant parameters, as well as the display and user¨s interface, can be set up and tailor-made
7. Account management: the sole supervisor can append, delete an account or modify the account owner¨s password. Each operator has a unique account which is listed in the column of the operator when he logs in.
8. The information can be uploaded for central control.
