Do you still produce mechanical scales?

Answer: Yes, we do. Mechanical scales, including bench scales, spring dial scales, are still widely used because of its feature of  easy operation and lower cost.  Sometimes, when agricultural produce is weighed and precision is not a matter of concern, a mechanical one is sufficient. When the power supply is unstable or unavailable, a mechanical scale is a must. Besides, mechanical scales can work properly in dusty, shocking environments, in certain conditions, people need mechanical scale more than an electronic one.

We need to mention the lever scale here. According to local market regulations, a lever scale is no more legal in transactions and it is on the verge of dying out in the markets.

Why should we put on the 4 rings?

"I am a grocery keeper. In installing the counter commercial scale, why should I put on the 4 rings under the supporting plate?"

Answer: The plastic rings are called anti-insect rings. When the scale is used to weigh flour, sugar and other foodstuffs, the remains unavoidably entice the ants or other insects. Their invasion and especially their droppings, acid and full of hydrogen ions, would become a conductor and could short the circuit and cause a failure of the scale. So for the best performance of the scale, do not forget to put on the 4 anti-insect rings.

When should I calibrate the scales?

Answer: the commercial scales, such as the counter price computing scales and bench scales, were calibrated before sales and are good for ready use. If it is transported for a long distance, it may need a re-calibration as different geographic altitude will exert impact on the weighing value.

As for the high precision scale, we recommend that it is be calibrated when it is initially installed to make it "accustomed" to your new surroundings for the same reason as above.

Why Do You Need Our Market Destination Information?

The gravitation and the eccentric pull jointly decided the weight of an object, therefore the same object would have different  weighing value at different geographic locations. It would weigh lighter at equator areas than at pole areas. In order for our scales to give the precise readings, we need to know where it would be finally sold and used. Our expert would fine tune the calculation program according to this information.
